Qing has very patiently explained the different characteristics, weight and size comparisons of different brands and made so that I could make informed decision. With Qing's close monitoring of order and delivery process, guzheng arrived, very well packed, on the ETA date exactly, as specified.

I went to pick it up directly from her too in London to avoid any potential damage when shipping within the UK which I really liked. She had it all tuned and set up for me! Thank you!

After my Guzheng had been in customs for a while, it was finally delivered yesterday lunchtime. The packaging is very good, especially the air foil. Unpacking and setting up went without a hitch. I have now adjusted my Guzheng and it sounds really good. The adjustment with the help of a tuning app went well, despite a few small problems. After all, it's the first time I've had a musical instrument and I'm going to play it. In any case, the sound is fantastic and the workmanship is very good.
